Rogue Watches are sold with a limited warranty for any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Note: Rogue Watches are considered to be splash proof, so as such they should not be exposed to excessive water contact, they should not be worn in the shower or swimming.
Rogue Watches warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase and shall be repaired upon proof of purchase such as a valid invoice.
When we have the required details and we have confirmed that your watch is covered by our warranty, you will receive an authorization and you can send your watch.
In the event that we could not repair your watch or that your watch is no longer available, we guarantee its replacement with a watch of a similar model and color for the duration of the original warranty.
Rogue Watches warranty does not cover.
- Normal wear or damage.
- The lifespan of the battery
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, negligence.
- Accidents (blows, cuts, cracks, broken links, etc.)
- Improper use of the watch
- Damage caused during battery replacement, damage caused by a third party for a repair service, damage caused by the tool used incorrectly in the band adjustment.
- Water damage.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return can be made within 7 days of receipt of your watch, simply contact us within the 7 days to advise us of the return and send it back within 7 days of notifying us.
Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss of value to the product.
Items that are not eligible for refunds
- Customized or Personalized Engraved Items.
- Returns received in a non-workable, damaged condition.
- Shipping fees, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Items that were sent to a wrong address because the address provided by the customer was wrong/incomplete.
If your repair is not covered by the warranty, we offer affordable options for repairing any damage that may result from everyday use.
$50 USD charge on all component repairs not covered by the warranty, this includes shipping & handling.
$20 USD charge on all battery replacement. This includes shipping and handling.
We accept: Visa and Mastercard.
If you need to send your watch to our service center, please contact us along with a photo of the broken watch, a written description of the damage and the cause, the proof of purchase and your return address.
Please note that for the repair of the watch, we will try to complete the repair as quickly as possible. The normal time for a standard watch repair is 7-14 business days. However, if we need to order parts to complete your repair please note that this will increase the repair time.
Ship the watch via your country’s national postal service only (e.g. USPS). Courier packages from Fedex or UPS will NOT be accepted.
Indicate “Watch for Repair” as package content and a low content value on the Customs Declaration form if the watch is being shipped outside of Canada. We are not liable for watches lost during shipment. Please wrap the watch adequately for shipment. Bubble padded envelope is recommended.
